These license plates are a wonderful way to show your love of our hobby! They have been a big
HIT with our chorus and we are sure it will be with yours as well.
To get your license plate covers, you will need to do the following:

• Cost is $10 per plate cover and shipping charges will need to be pre-determined.
Please provide the mailing address when submitting your design.

• Please allow 2 weeks for shipping once your design has been accepted.
*Since license plates vary from state to state, please be sure that your design allows for
any stickers or decals that are required to be displayed (see picture).

• Create a design that specifically suits your chorus, including colors! You can have two lines on
both the top and bottom of the plate cover describing exactly who your chorus is and what they are
all about!*

• Send your design to Joan Stoner (e-mail), License Plate Cover chair. She will give it to our
designer to review and give final approval. Please provide all contact information along with
your design in case we need to contact you with suggestions and/or final approval.
